Great location - definitely the main feature. In need of a serious facelift. Rooms tired and bathroom severely water damaged. Reception comms weren’t great and the pool was freezing. Lift was also broken.

Clean room, great location, polite and approachable staff. The cleaning staff didnt turn over our room properly or leave any fresh towels in our room on one of the days. Clean cabin for 2 adults 2 kids. Great camp kitchen facilities, games roo. And pools also well maintained. Very clean park. Very friendly staff across the board.

Mid City Warrnambool: Hot springs motel with free WiFi and free parking. Located near whale watching.

Clean room and spacious. The bathroom was refurbished but with dripped paint, loose plumbing, and a broken fixture left in the vanity. The reception was off-hand prior to check-in, very pleasant after. Nevertheless, the location and facilities are good. We'd stay there again.
