Tried cancelling due to being covid 19 positive Orbitz could not get in touch with this facility for them to cancel my stay, I never even made it out of my city spendt 2,700 dollars and didn’t get any of it back dispite having purchase package protection plan. The hotel would not answer phone calls!! Orbitz tried calling many times with me on the phone and so did I ! I finally received an email from Orbitz saying since the hotel couldn’t answer and could not refund me because they wouldn’t not answer! I pretty much feel like I got robbed at the worst time especially when I’m this sick. Terrible idea and horrible customer service ‼️

This was our first experience in an all inclusive resort. We liked the security, the grounds, and the beachfront views were fantastic. The problems with the resort were sewage backup smell permeated the room the first night; we did not get the room we originally booked. They did however change us to an ocean view room of a lesser price the next night. Also, there was no water for a out three hours the first night as they were working on the plumbing.
