Third of fourth time staying and by far the worst. The rooms either roasting or cold.. the heating constantly creaks cause it's cooling down or heating up.. the extractor fan doesn't go off in the bathroom, smell of dampness in the actual shower and the lift doesn't work to my floor.. hairdryer in room not working, tea and coffee station not refilled. Was happy when checking out earlier than expected.

A great place to stay in the city

We booked a room but were upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. We were celebrating a birthday so the hotel very kindly laid on some lovely cakes for us in the room. The suite was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. A USB point would be a good edition to the room. Fresh water was supplied and despite being city centre the room was quiet.

Staff great. Room had issues and required obvious maintenance before i arrived. Sharpe exposed floor tile edges/corners Room was cold and remained cold even though high temp being called for on controller. TV had no reception, all channels pixilated. I expect it will be sorted as staff were good.
