"Very spacious, clean, modern, convenient"
Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 older children) stayed at the Argus for 3 nights. We had a very spacious 3-bed room apartment (no 4 on the ground floor). We were a little disappointed that we did not have a view of Darwin Harbour but the ground floor proved convenient with no waiting for a lift. Also the size of the apartment was massive & had a huge outdoor courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is manned 24hours. They offered maps, directions, restaurant suggestions and a friendly “hello”. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were roomy with good powerful showers. There were three toilets in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped & clean and when we had an issue with insinkerotor it was addressed very quickly. Also used our well equipped laundry. The Argus is well located to waterfront and city centre. We were able to walk to Woolworths & restaurants. I liked how it was walking distance to these but when the city was rowdy on Friday & Saturday night it was not too close to the noisy & not so pleasant action. Although, we were there for Territory Day and firecrackers are let off everywhere, so this was noisy but I think this would have occurred anywhere you stayed. On our day of departure we had a 1.40am flight out of Darwin and we were able to store our luggage and use the guest bathroom/lounge to freshen up before our flight. This was fantastic as it saved us a night’s accommodation.

"Great for a weekend. Close to Mindil Market. "
Staff helpful, amenities good, TV use could do with instructions - no EPG. Small issue, though. Choice of eateries good. Even on busy weekend (Darwin Cup, Beer Can Regatta, Davis Cup) it all ran smoothly.

"Hotel central to Darwin experiences."
Hotel was clean and comfortable, however it was the staff who made our visit most pleasant. We travel extensively overseas and we were blown away by the friendliness and competence of everyone we encountered at the Darwin Hilton. It certainly made our stay memorable. Well done!!

" New clean hotel, good location, quiet street."
I enjoyed a 2 week stay in an Elan Soho suite with a harbor view for business. The spacious room had a comfortable queen bed, desk, 3 chairs, and sufficient hanging space and drawers. A kettle, instant coffee, tea was provided with milk in a bar fridge. The bathroom was well appointed with a rain-water style shower but no bath.

"Great location to relax "
Stayed 3 nights at the Adina after spending 4 nights near Cullen Bay - so pleased we moved across to the wharf side of the cbd. The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room (apartment) we had was on the 3rd floor with a balcony that had a view overlooking the wave pool and out to the wharf. A fabulous place to stay in Darwin and recommend it to fellow tourists / travellers on vacation - would stay there again without hesitation
