Disappointing and underwhelming. Arrived at 1:40 to be told room not ready (okay, check in at 2:00pm)...at 2:30 when nobody had communicated with us I enquired about room to be told about house keeping problems..I, politely replied that this wasn't my problem..when would there be a room?... I was assured they'd find out from housekeeping....15 minutes later a room. We were given a 2 for 1 drink voucher...ooh ahh. Room okay, clean. Updated bathroom...but because of modern design there is neither a door or curtain on shower... bathroom flooded every time. Would stay again, but only if nothing else available. Not value for money.
