We stayed during the summer holidays and found the hotel was located very close to Whistler Village, well within walking distance, and rooms were quiet. The stay was during Crankworx 2015 and was well organized for the high occupancy.
The room was well presented and clean with good facilities and very comfortable.
On site parking is available beneath the hotel.
Good value, comfortable room, excellent hot tub, ski/board valet service is ideal, the shuttle to the mountain each morning is really good, the Friday night apres wine & food experience was a pleasant surprise & the staff were very nice & accommodating.
All up an excellent stay & we will be back again next year.
"Good value, unpretentious family hotel close to go"
Good value, unpretentious family hotel close to gondolas & friendly staff. Bed was a bit saggy & no variety of pillows. Room was quiet. Breakfast pretty good but we did supplement with our own weetbix for a healthier start to the day.
After a horrible experience elsewhere Blackcomb lodge saved the day they were Quiet, luxurious, relaxing, comfortable, convenient, helpful friendly staff, we couldn't have asked for more thank you for being our home in whistler

This hotel is in Whistler Village, 2 blocks from the Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, and the Whistler Conference …More
The hotels location is amazing, a 2 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola and step outside the front door and there are shops and restaurants immediately accessible.
The room was quite dark - and small but given its location and star rating not surprising.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have good snow gear storage, although the room lacks anywhere to dry our outerwear.
The room could have been cleaned better and the door was left ajar on multiple occasions after the daily service.
Given its star rating we didn't have high expectations and think that the hotel for its little lacking in décor, brightness and cleanliness was a nice place to stay.
"Very nice room, right in the heart of the village."
This hotel is located perfectly, right next to the village. Great facilities including free internet and printing, storage for your luggage if you arrive early and personal lockers for any ski equipment. The room itself is quite spacious with everything you need for your stay in Whistler. The only downfall was there was no laundry facilities in the room itself, and instead it had a coin operated laundry which was $4 per load. We stayed at another lodge during this stay and each room had it's own laundry, which I personally think is essential in Whistler.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
A ski resort town in British Columbia, Canada, Whistler has long been a popular destination for those chasing perfect white powder. The town has a small permanent population, however a huge number of seasonal workers and tourists often flood in for ski season. Stay in our Whistler accommodation and hit the slopes to discover why they keep returning.
As the site of many of the events in the 2010 Winter Olympics, Whistler was the official host mountain resort. The pedestrian streets and its location on British Columbia Highway 99, or the "Sea-to-Sky highway," has seen the town receive a number of design awards and is one of the reasons it is consistently voted one of North America’s favourite ski destinations. Our Whistler hotels are the perfect way to experience everything the region has to offer.
