The room was very clean. The floors are squeaky, some rust here and there but overall pretty good. We were in the loft and the second floor gets pretty hot. The fan was pretty loud and not very effective. The swimming pool was pretty loud but luckily we were in the other building. otherwise we would hate our stay. Location is excellent! And secure parking is very convenient.

Room had 2 single pullouts from sofa and a Murphy bed. When all beds were extended, very little room to maneuver between the beds & Murphy bed. My friend was careful but tripped over leg of Murphy bed in middle of night. She fell onto her hands and knees. While bruised and sore, it could have meant broken bones. Would not stay in this type of room again. Rooms are showing sign of aging. Can’t beat the location though!

While the property is showing a little tiredness, for example surface of the pool or hot tub - the property is kept in great condition. The surroundings are lovely. Staff were fantastic. The room was lovely large and well equipped for the price point. It is a fantastic option for Whistler. buy your groceries before you get to Whistler to save some bucks and Room was fully stocked. Lovely view over the pool small but lovely deck.

Good hotel overall. Right in the heart of the village; we had a loft room. Only issue was that the rooms are a bit aged. Going up the stairs and walking around the loft area was noisy. Almost a creak or cracking sound with every step.

Not bad - not amazing. Cleanliness a bit of opportunity (there was a clothing size sticker on the bathroom door, and a fruit sticker on the nightstand that hadn’t been cleaned) also just a bit run down, the sink plug wasn’t attached so it stayed closed and drained very slowly. But location was great and front desk was nice.
