Upon checking into my room I found the loft has one queen bed . We however booked for super loft with two queen. I then went back to front desk and the staff however insist there is no two queen: only one queen and the second queen should be murphy bed downstairs in the living room. I told him I booked same superio two queen last Thanksgiving too ! He even showed me the website saying there is no such thing but if he had clicked to start actual booking process, he should have see that there is “superior loft with two queens” vs “queen loft Murphy”. I was shocked that staff has no familiarity with their own inventory types. He eventually found such inventory in another building a then we had to load every back back to cart, haul to other building and unload again . Quite an hassle yet this staff is never apologetic even after he found the inventory we wanted . We eventually got into the right room close to midnight . I should also mention some of the towels felt too old and stiffly. One of the towel even has blood stain.

The staff were some of the best I have ever met, I am a retired International so I have seen many support staff, and they are some of the best. They are 5 star hotel quality.

Hello, I will first start off by saying the staff was fantastic. Specifically Ben. Unfortunately I was incredibly disappointed that when we showed up the hot tub was not able to be used. I had booked another hotel at another property before booking at Whistler Inn and Suites but cancelled when they told me their pool and hot tub weren’t working. We specifically came up to Whistler and to you property to use the hot tub and have a relaxing night as we were only there for 14 hours. We realize that the indoor hot tub was working but when we went to use it, it was already over capacity with roughy 9 men in it. I have screenshots showing that the hot tubs would be fixed by November 12th. I’m very disappointed. We loved the property and the staff and would love to come back but believe we deserve some sort of compensation.
