The property was fine. It is comfortable, clean and an easy walk to the Gondola with lots of restaurants nearby. The downside, and it is not the properties fault but drunken loud people in the street at 3a.m. both nights we stayed here. The Hotels need to get the police to be on patrol to keep this after hour B.S. to a minimum. Visitors have paid a lot of money to get a decent night's sleep.

Comfortable room in a great location in the village in Whistler. The bed was quite small, a queen or double but the room could easily fit a king. I would upgrade the beds

For how much money it costs to stay here, things should have been a lot cleaner, well maintained, and convenient. The closet door would not open and close properly, the stove top was dirty, there are not enough outlets near the beds, the carpets had “rough” patches that were unexplainable, you can hear everyone’s doors opening and closing within 100 feet of the room, parking is NOT included in the cost though the parking spaces only fit tiny little cars and is impossible to schedule for the accurate amount of time you’ll actually be there, and getting to the room is a nightmare in this lodge. You have to take multiple elevators to get to most rooms. The reason we stayed here was because it is a convenient location and cost just a little less than some other convenient locations. Just because you CAN overcharge for this room doesn’t mean you should. We paid over $650 USD for two nights in the room for a subpar experience.

The property is in a great location in the middle of the village, with everything within walking distance. However, is no parking available for oversized vehicles, and reaching floor three from the reception is inconvenient, requiring two elevator changes to transport skiing equipment due to the lack of nearby parking. Additionally, there is no pool, not even a jacuzzi. It's a decent option for a 2- or 3-night stay.

Just terrible. Other than the location I would stay in a hostel. It basically is a hostel. Expedia sold us on pictures of a unit we did not get. Wildly disappointed. I will be getting my money back. That was disgusting.

No Frills but worth the price

Our 2nd time staying here. For what it’s worth, the location of this lodge is excellent. It’s only 3 mins fr Epic Ride bus stop and 5 mins to Whistler gondola not to mention the Grocery store and the best coffee “Arabica” is right downstairs. Shoppers Drug Mart also down below making it this lodge one of the best locations - for us at least . The amenities inside the units are very old. The dryer doesn’t work and some of the units have old small TV. Some units they have replaced with new 50” TVs . Overall , the price is very reasonable given the good points but it’s a no-frills and don’t expect any service of any kind at all. No daily room cleaning or change of towels which guests needs to ask for them each time

Great Location. Dated and Poorly Kept Rooms.

Easy and straightforward check-in. Paid underground parking below. Great location and friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was dated, poorly kept and smelled like urine. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and there was garbage under the furniture. It is very loud; you can hear the guests conversation in the rooms on either side (and everything else they are doing in their room) and everyone in the hallway.

The property is pretty close to the Whisler Gondola and it is nice and clean. The only problem is that there is a pizza place just outside open unitl 2:30 am on Saturday night and it was loud. Couldn't sleep for the noise. You should bring ear plugs. Otherwise the location and property was very nice
