Our favourite hotel in Whistler! All the staff are lovely and friendly. We loved the goodies they provided for our little dog and how dog friendly the Summit Lodge is. We also really appreciated the Expedia VIP amenities they offered to us.

Liked the room and location. Underground parking was undergoing repairs and somewhat limited. One elevator was out of operation. Both temporary issues. No restaurant but many close by.

We didn’t get any requested upgrades, staff was rude Parking lot was horrible. Car was scratched from another vehicle due to the lack of space in the lot. Elevators were not working properly which led to extremely long wait times Pool was dirty.

Over all, good value. Very clean, excellent service, nice decor, good location. Two small downsides: only one elevator was working and there is no option to take the stairs, which means long waits. And the bedding could be more comfortable: the sheets seemed over-starched.

Good but not great

Parking spots are extremely small. Some staff are not friendly when bumped into in hallway/elevator. E.g. we were hauling our luggage to the room from the parkade. A staff was walking ahead of us and he went into the elevator by himself without waiting for us. That was the only working elevator at the time! Another time we were waiting for the elevator on our floor with a staff. When the elevator came, the sfatt went in right away without offering the guests to go in first! Not a big deal but little things like that makes a difference in the hospitality industry. Need to upgrade the in room electric outlets. No bedside plugs unless you move the couch bed and no USB charging option. Good location and friendly front desk staff.

Everything was good except extremely tight parking spots. Once you park in the spot, there is no way you will be open the car door without hitting the other car. Also only one elevator was operational resulting in long wait times for the elevator.

Amazing hotel! Stayed for 4 days. Great location! Super cozy room! Totally obsessed with the hand soap smell!! The kitchenette had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Love the decor in the room. Great pool and sauna!! Great customer service! Hotel had a lot of personal touches (for example candy station in the lobby)!! Only complaint was the parking spots were far too small to fit a car comfortably. But otherwise perfect place! Would absolutely recommend!!
