We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was well thought out, making the space both comfortable and practical. The service was also very good, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the cute notes. We had a great time staying here during Christmas and truly enjoyed the experience. The shuttle service from the hotel to the ski resort was especially convenient and made getting around very easy. We would definitely love to come back again on our next trip to Whistler.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was cleanly and the water dispenser in the lobby with citrus fruits was a nice touch. Underground tuning shop, situated in the hotel were also really professional and affordable. If there is one thing I would critique, it would be the time the elevator took to arrive, from pressing the button. Everything else was amazing and I would not hesitate to go back to Summit Lodge, or the sister property, The Aava
