Newly decorated throughout, this spacious and beautiful end-unit townhome in Northern Lights is a fantastic location for proximity to the village and ski hill. Fully loaded with 4 bedrooms + den/media room to sleep up to 10 adults + 2 children.
The open concept kitchen and living area is warm and welcoming with a gas fireplace. Dine up to 10 guests at the beautiful live-edge dining table, and an additional 4 at the bar. Conveniently watch the big game inside, or from the super large 8-person hot tub located on one of the two patios off of the living room. Relax on the sectional patio furniture in the summer months. The home is also equipped with a built-in sound system located in every room of the property, including the hot tub patio. This gives you the ability to individually control, turn on/off each room and the individual volume.
Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and a deluxe ensuite with a huge walk-in shower and a smart bidet toilet that has heated controls.
The floor below is the bunk bedroom with a queen bed on the bottom, and a single on top with a full bathroom ensuite with a walk-in shower and a smart bidet toilet that has heated controls.
Down a level from the main floor are two more spacious bedrooms; the first is a second private king bedroom with its own small patio, ensuite bathroom and a large closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a smart bidet toilet that has heated controls.
The next bedroom is our large shared bedroom. This comes with a king bed and another queen/twin bunk bed combo. This room has a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combo and a smart bidet toilet that has heated controls.
All bedrooms have their own smart TV fully set up with cable, AppleTV and can connect to any streaming app of your choice (we do not provide streaming services). Additionally, they each have an ensuite bathroom complete with towel warmers, automatic smart bidet toilets, along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion and a hair dryer.
On the lowest level is a media room with a large sectional sofa, smart television, and surround sound. This unit includes oversized laundry machines in the large laundry room.
Northern Lights Location:
Perched above the Whistler Village, the Northern Lights community provides the perfect treetop shelter to make the most of your holiday, be it skiing, biking or enjoying all the other experiences our town has to offer.
Here, our guests are always at the centre of the action. Situated just off the Sea to Sky Highway and set on a scenic private road 300m above Whistler Village. Guests get to enjoy the convenient, year-round access to world-class amenities. Northern Lights Whistler provides a great base to escape to the mountains while only being only ten-minute walk away from award-winning restaurants, lively bars, local galleries and retail stores.
Northern Lights Whistler Ski Access:
When it’s time to hit the slopes, Northern Lights provides ski access to the base of Whistler Mountain, where guests can enjoy lift access to both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The walk to the ski out is best suited to active and adventurous skiers who enjoy a warm-up before getting their turns in.
To access the ski out, guests will walk to the end of the street and then up the 80-step staircase. This will lead you to Lower Olympic, an easy green run taking you to the bottom of Whistler Mountain. From hear you can access the Whistler gondola or Fitzsimmons chair. After a day of skiing, guests can use this same ski access to ski in to the top of the staircase leading back to the Northern Lights neighbourhood.

The home is suitable for 10 maximum adults + 2 children.
All guests must be over the age of 28, or consist of a family group.
Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Years Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.
