Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet overlooking the beautiful river. Had the breakfast bar and it was excellent. Just a short walk to the MBTA to get into the city. Was a lovely stay.

Read carefully, it was advertised as breakfast but small print available not included. We walked in and got slapped with the bill. The staff deliberately doesn't tell you anything doesn't tell you there's a microwave on the 7th floor when there's none in the room they don't tell you where the pool is they don't tell you the one the bar closes they don't sell you in the breakfast is running because the breakfast is painful they don't tell you anything the reason they don't tell you anything is they want you to be surprised by the bills afterwards everything we did at this place involved an additional fee and they didn't tell us what it would take they didn't tell us until after it was done and they could surprise us with the bill there was no communication there was no like we want you to use the pool we don't want you to school cuz if you did we'd have to clean it and you'd have to pay us to clean it like that like they just don't want you to know anything they don't tell you about the local things there's like a little boat riding place just down the street they don't tell you hey there's this whole place you might like it they don't tell you anything unless you ask but everything seems so smooth and so shiny I didn't feel like I had to ask it was a very very unscrupulous please don't ask me questions please don't ask me questions please don't ask me questions cuz I just want to give you the bill when you're done and that is not how I like a hotel to be run
