My only complaint about this property is the breakfast they offer. We stayed here for 5 nights and they served the same breakfast items daily and the choices were very limited. They should have variations every day for those who would stay more than 1 day.

Worst hotel stay ever

Housekeeping services was HORRIBLE. Every night we came back to our suite there was an issue. By the 3rd day-the room was “half” done. And we were told the 3rd day is when a complete room cleaning would be done. On the 4th day we got back at 6PM and our room was never even cleaned. We had been gone for about 7 hours. We had to wait almost an hour for the room to be done. The carpet in the halls and elevator area were not vacuumed. Saw the same items on the floors for 3 days. Our glasses and dishes were never removed or replaced. We had to do it ourselves.

Bed was comfortable that was about it ac didn’t work well kept going on and off and the hotel was out of soap to shower with so we had to use shampoo as the house keeping was unable to understand our request and took them multiple trips of random soap items with an unresolved solution.

Air was not working properly, I had to request a fan, when washing took 2 hrs to wash clothes, there was sketchy people walking around at 2am with hoodies on .. left the elevators smelling like Marijuana.

sheets on the bed were the wrong size, coffee items were not enough, Hair from previous customer all over the bathroom. Market Waters are Way too expensive for Basic waters. Come-on $5 dollars for water, at least the water in the rooms are of "higher" prestige. and you give out same quality water on arrival. During Check in i was not informed of any amenities the hotel offers. The bar staff/waiters barely understands English to the point of constant repeating myself, and they were not attentive other than the Bartender which is the better then average. Would i Return to this hotel, i lean to not likely. i expect more from a Hilton brand
