The staff was excellent. My main issue was that the coffee maker was in the bathroom. On purpose- there was a shelf for it in there and it was plugged in. Extremely unsanitary!

The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. The bedding had a weird smell to them. I was scratching all night. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. My family and I woke up with back pain. The shower was not working properly. The tub kept clogging up. We had to keep raising the stopper while bathing. The only good thing about my hotel stay was the front desk staff. They were very pleasant, professional and welcoming.

Very good sort of

Stay was good because the staff are attentive and the room furnishings are comfortable. However, the decor of the rooms, the hallways, and the elevators is unattractive (actually I find them gloomy and downright ugly!). The common areas are much better.

The interior of the hotel is very old. The carpets are very old and moldy, unhealthy. Breakfast-poor quality. No chances for lunch (I participated in the conference in this hotel). I was glad to leave earlier and certainly I will not recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed in many Hampton Inn Hotels and was always satisfied, but this experience has put a very bad mark on this chain.

I'd stay again!

Clean rooms and centers, professional and friendly staff, good room amenities with fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels and cups. I think the breakfast could be upgraded with other breakfast meats other than sausage links or sausage patties. And I didn't see decaf coffee offered.
