it was clean and they were nice! For this type of hotel (cheaper side) it was surprisingly well kept and felt like it could be within the Marriott line. it’s close to the highway and convenient for travel to Boston or Worcester

We had to move rooms because we found two mice in the trash cans in the room and the other room the tv remote did not work, Asked for a refund but the person at the desk said they don't give refunds to people who uses the hotel.com sites
