My first impression wasn't a good one, the hotel smelled like smoke and didn't feel clean. Then when I checked it, it got worse - I booked a room with 2 Double Beds and paid an extra $30 to get that room. When I got there they overbooked and didn't have it. The put me in a lesser room and didn't refund the money. They told me I had to get reimbursed from Expedia. Expedia said the hotel refused to reimburse the money.

The first room they gave me the door fell off the fridge on to the floor, the hallway on the first floor had water damage from a leaky pipe which smelled of mold, they gave me another room but left early in the morning because of the damp smell.

It’s Ok

I’ve stayed here twice now. The Good - relatively inexpensive option near Boston and the 95 tech consider, with easy parking. The area is quiet, and the facility clean The Mediocre - both times I’ve been here, there have been groups of customers smoking outside of the main entrance, which is a turn off. The beds are NOT that comfortable. This time around the bathroom was clean but products were mostly empty, so housekeeping should monitor. The area, while quiet, is industrial so there isn’t much around

Got put in a room on the basement level that felt dingy to be begin with, AC not working so it was hot and muggy, and then woke up to a mouse running on the floor. We got out as fast as we could go say the least.

I called property around 10 pm to say I would be checking in late because of concert. I was told he would hold room til 2am. Then I called around 1230 about six times and no answer. Finally they answered and said they hold the room til 3 am. Then tells me they don’t have a bed with two beds to accommodate me. My room was paid full and we now had to drive home three hours with no room

For a Hilton hotel i was really disappointed. I booked a room 2 days prior and i paid for it. Coming from jersey, it took us almost 5 hours to get there. When we arrived they stated there is only 2 rooms left. When i asked what about the room that i paid, they told me they gave it to someone else because we came late ( it was 11 Pm…) Double booking?lol. And they even added that they will not reimburse the money if there was any room left…..😃 Not luxurious at all! It’s clean but not luxurious! Hilton…. Please do better….. Take a look on the other Hilton in the other states…!

The property overall was OK. There were a lot of roof leaks throughout the property, the water was being captured in a huge garbage can. We did have to change rooms from the original one because the AC was not working and it was extremely humid with a stench. The blackout curtains did not close all the way because they were damaged. When we checked out, even though I prepaid through Expedia, the clerk at the front desk was adamant that she needed to charge me for the whole stay. The enmities like the fire pit in their “garden area” and the pool were not functioning. When we asked for help for the fire pit, we were told by the front desk clerk that he did not know how to operate it and that no maintenance staff were available to assist, we were never assisted. We also asked for a towels, and while I was using the restroom, one of the hotel staff help themselves into our room, even though I told them that I was in the restroom.
