AC was broken for our three night stay and would not go below 77 degrees. This not unique to our room apparently. Staff made excuses and it was never resolved. After staying here for three years in a row for the marathon I'll find somewhere else next year.

Very disappointed for the amount we paid to stay

No heat. It was 63 degrees when we arrived notified front desk someone came up had it briefly then when we woke up it was 60, so not working. Our bathroom sink when we arrived full of water and the plug couldnt be pulled up to release. Then toilet wasnt flushing properly, i thought i was going to have a mess but it finally went down. Room 156.
