Good value, solid choice.
Was a great value and exceeded expectations. It's not 5 star but still very good. There was the typical inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hallways at night and letting the doors slam. Show some consideration to all those you woke up people!

Not the worst but plenty of inconveniences
It was clean enough. Room we booked was not available upon our arrival so we were put in a much smaller room our first night, which was very uncomfortable. The elevators would literally take 10 minutes to arrive so if you didn't have all that time to spare... you were walking a lot of stairs. I ended up abandoning the idea of using a bell hop cart to check out because with the number of people needing elevators it would have been impossible to get it on the elevator. Thankfully I wasn't staying on a high floor. Breakfast area is way too small for the size of the hotel. Rooms had very few towels and no wash cloths for the shower. If you have a room with a sofa and beds, the TV setup is very odd. It is on the wall between the two parts of the room ... so basically nobody has a good view of the TV. Bathroom is very small!

Shortly after I checked in I had taken a shower. Soon after I stepped out of the bathroom after my shower, a staff member used their key to enter my room apparently not knowing the room was occupied. I complained to the front desk and was told they would contact a manager. I didn’t receive a follow up from management.
