I was delayed overnight in Boston and while I was not originally happy about it, my stay at the Hyatt was outstanding! It’s close to the airport and in a beautiful location. The hotel is clean and has the best gym I’ve ever seen and is walkable to many restaurants and activities. I found the staff to be accommodating and kind. The shuttle driver, Thomas, went above and beyond and really helped me out. I had a wonderful experience. It made what could have added to my frustrating day to making all ok- better than I ever expected. I highly recommend this hotel to really get to experience the hospitality of Bostonians!!

Great location on the river. Large rooms. Clean and attractive decor. Good staff. Our flight was cancelled and we reserved day of overnight stay. Probably one of the best deals in the Boston area.

The front desk checking in wasnt extremely helpful. Didn't tell me what room I was in just handed me the key cards and pointed to behind her. Didn't tell us she was punting to elevators. Just a bit disconnected

This is a great location. Went to a concert at Fenway and it's a short Uber ride over. Check-in was fast and easy, as well as check-out. And breakfast at the Paperback restaurant was very good. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

I called a few weeks in advance to request early check-in as we were driving from 4 hours away. I was told to call the day of the reservation to confirm the early check in and when I did, I was told there is a $50 early check in fee and that it’s not guaranteed the room will be ready early. I nixed the early check in and it put a wrench in our plans, but we made the best of it. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I would stay there again.
