Breakfast was delicious and the house is super close to downtown Victoria. You walk right past the parliament buildings along the water to get into downtown. It’s a beautiful location, great food and super cute rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

The Pendray Room is a dream to stay in. The gardens on the property are lovely. The breakfasts are so well presented and delicious. The staff were all so cheerful and welcoming. Room was spacious , very clean and had a great view over the harbour. Breakfast was lovely and had a nice range of choices. Staff were great. Only downside was the construction across the steeet- it interrupted the harbour view. Offer of a welcome drink to offset rhis inconvenience was a nice touch.
