i didn’t like much about it my stunk like old uncleaned the pillows are worn out really bad and the breakfast is very poor and the utensils are so cheap and flexible that you can’t do anything with them I think that Expedia should lower the star rating on this place

The room was dirty — in need of a deep clean . Dirt in corners and carpet needed vacuuming - dirty grout in bathtub. We complained and we were moved to a different room but it wasn’t much better. Bed was comfortable.

Not impressed, don’t think we will be back. Waited and waited to check-in, I finally had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk to check us in. I do feel sorry for the guy who looked to be working alone. Hallway to our room was dirty with paper towel or something ripped all over. Carpet in our room had chunks of dirt or something all over it, and not sure the bathroom floor was washed. Beds and pillows seemed decent though, and breakfast was good too.

The hotel is pleasant, and the staff are friendly. They upgraded me to a larger suite with kitchenette, which was great. The only downside was the kitchen sink drain pipe was cracked so the sink was unusable. As one other reviewer mentioned, it has an odd smell - lobby and room. But otherwise really handy location, quiet inspite of the train, great price, nice staff, and working a/c.
