I happy to see that there was actual plates and cutlery. Wherever I have stayed in the past, they only have paper plates.. I am vegetarian, there were sausages and eggs for meat eaters. It would be good if there is something fir vegetarians also, like hashbrowns?

We stayed at the hotel for two nights before a cruise. Their shuttle picked us up at the airport in a timely manner, the staff was great upon check-in, and the room was very clean and comfortable, it had a view of a lovely park next door. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings, everything was fresh and well prepared. They gave us good recommendations for nearby excellent nearby restaurants, and arranged the shuttle to take us to the cruise port, it worked out perfectly. All in all, a very nice stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. I actually had a balcony overlooking the lovely little park behind the hotel. Would have appreciated a chair to sit out there. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was surprisingly quiet given how busy an area it is in. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.

Needed a place to stay for an early morning flight out of Vancouver. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I just picked the cheapest hotel with an airport shuttle and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. Wish I had arrived earlier to walk around the great park behind the hotel but at least I had a great view from my bedroom balcony (was not expecting to have a balcony!). Great restaurant across the road also. I had to leave too early to try the hotel breakfast but I rated this based on the bag breakfast they gave us to go, which could have been a bit better. Instead of a muffin, maybe cereal or a granola bar at least.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great! Complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient. 12 minutes away is public transportation, places to eat and Londons Drugs. I noticed a lot of walkable areas but since my plan was to go to the city center of Vancouver, I missed going for walks around there. Everything was great!

Breakfast healthy and Kitchen Staff work on Sat to Monday was hardworking and dedicated. Desk staff are great with their performance of welcoming. Ms Kelzang is above and Beyond in her Job duties and responsibilities! Room look clean but the housekeeping service on Sunday was using the use bath towel to clean the sink and countertop. Same towel he used for Toilet bowel. Then he dropped the same dirty towel on floors to wipe the floor. That was very sad to see!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel and absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — it truly felt like home. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts: every morning started with delicious food and a cozy, pleasant vibe. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely love to come back again!
