Room was small but clean/functional. Parking garage below was full of supplies/trash being stored so extremely limited parking. Breakfast was plentiful but not great quality and dining area was extremely small/crowded. We would have taken breakfast to our rooms but this was not allowed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it worked as a hotel room but was priced very high for the quality.

Pros: The location is great and the room and bathroom was large and fairly comfortable. It was nice to have a hot breakfast. Shower water pressure was good and hot water was abundant. Staff are polite. Cons; The parking garage was half filled with construction materials and junk from a renovation that looked unsightly and also took up parking spaces which were limited. The rooms had mismatching light bulbs, no power outlet near the bed to charge phones, the fridge was so loud it needed to be unplugged at night and the bathroom soap dish was broken and almost hanging off the wall leaving no place to put soap in the shower. The breakfast had no gluten free options and the coffee was not refilled. The hot water smelled of coffee and was not hot enough to make tea. I would stay here again because the location was walkable and the room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

This location was under renovation or upgrades.. the furniture, bedfing and all the new stock was piled up in the underground parkade taking up 10 spaces, this caused a situation throughout the weekend where the was not enough parking for all registered guests. Upon enquiring where we were to park it was recommended to "JUST USE THE WHEELCHAIR SPOT" When i objected to this and asked if my tow bill would be paid i was curtly brushed off and advised to park 10minutes away in PAID parking garage.. after asking if i can get a voucher for this absurd solution she again brushed it off as our problem. This same deskperson directed me to walk 10minutes away to find a spot that sells coffee WHEN THERES COFFEE ALL DAY IN THE LOUNGE?? What happened to common sense nowadays? The room was very small.. the beds are the cheapest steel spring type mattresses, no desk or seating in the rooms, bed only.. absolutely never staying there again.

We were very happy with the prompt service when checking in and the cleanliness of the room. Parking is tight when you are checking in, but the underground parking once you are checked in was fine. The EV charger was broken, which was unfortunate. The hot breakfast was pretty good. A gym would have been nice.
