The room was clean and comfortable. Staff supportive and helpful. However, one thing that was not great was that the toilet was so very low - as someone with knee osteoarthritis this was difficult to navigate.

I was expecting more to be honest especially for the price, at that price top tier I would rather pay an extra 300 or 500 and stay at the fairmont.
