Noted my room request but did not honour it. Shuttle service a bit hit and miss. (Late both ways). Need to stipulate the hotel shares shuttle bus with Quality Hotel in Richmond and it is hard to see the hotel name which is sited near the back of the shuttle bus.

Stay was not good for the following reasons: -Limited TV viewing options; including no access to TV listings as a registered password to account required. -Soap dispenser empty in shower and by sink (not being checked by housekeeping and unpleasant experience when you discover this when nude and in the shower) -When we reported our displeasure, the customer service person hung up on us. (My guess is lack of experience or training, he didn't know how to address our concerns, so hanging up on me was his solution) - Continental breakfast is very limited. - You get charged for parking in their open, surface lot; the lot is very large with plenty of space; it's a cash grab from the hotel to collect extra money.
