Disliked: Room comfort
First the good: Very helpful and friendly staff. I had two bags to carry, one very heavy, up two flights of stairs. Staff member carried my heavy one for me. Another went and got us ice when we needed some because my wife sprained her wrist.
Now the bad: Our private room was on the second floor. For those from the United States, that would be the third floor. That's a lot of stairs when you are older and have to haul luggage up and down because it has no elevator. One of their less experienced staff checked us in. Good thing a more experienced staff person was listening, because we almost got changed for towels, which are no extra charge with a private room. There was little bits of hair and lint stuck to the sheets. Room was hot, no a/c, but thankfully they had a couple of small fans. Window opened but no screen. I had to climb on a chair and reconnect one of the curtain hooks. I'm 6 foot tall, and could barely stretch out on the bed between head and foot rails. If I stretched out my toes even a little, they hit metal.
