Love the Scottish flavour which should be retained but hotel needs to be upgraded. There is no reason for a free standing dressing table with a television and a separate wardrobe. The television could go on the wall and a wardrobe could be installed inside the entry area. There were no coffee and mugs provided. As the wardrobe was too close to the bed and the ironing board too tall for the wardrobe my husband knocked both the rod with the ironing board trying to put it back in an knocked his head on the top shelf. The wardrobe was also way too close to the bed. Shower had mildew in grouting.

This is a unique styled property where you get what you pay for. Easy access to the airport makes it a convenient option. Literally 8min by uber door to door. Don’t look in the corners or judge the decor but the beds are clean and the staff is very helpful. We enjoy the option of extended parking at good rates to park and fly.

Beware of cranky staff at the front desk!!!

Well it's not the 5 star hotel that I'm used to stay at, the rooms phones did not work at all, we use our own phone to order food and so forth, but a few of the customer services front desk has no patience at all. Especially when asked something, first they say yes, but not even 5 minutes when I reached my room, he calls me about what was discussed and approved on. When trying to explain to him what was arranged, he was very defensive, this kind of customer service should be looked at, yelling at clients over this subject is not acceptable. Especially when he was not busy, and playing on his phone all the time. Followed by another phone call after an hour, while I tried to finish my dinner after shower. When asked to do an alarm call or knock on the door the next day due to their room phones not operating, no follow up done. Thank goodness, I set my alarm clock on before falling asleep after a very night out. When I asked them why they did not follow what was planned, they said Oh, Oh, Oh. Besides this particular ignorant person, the other staff were approachable and helpful. For that I am grateful for the others who were helpful and the shuttle drivers who get us from and to the airport.

This was a great place for the price. Staff was very friendly. The hotel didn't look to be in the best condition, and one of the beds in my room was worn out (sank down over an inch on one half). I'm sure if I asked they would have put us in another room though. Room was clean though and that's what really matters for this price to me
