This fully renovated, well-appointed private guest suite has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. It is nestled in the heart of the vibrant Queen Elizabeth park/Riley Park/South Main neighborhood. You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located guest home.
You are 60 meters to Queen Elizabeth Park, walk to Nat Bailey Stadium, trendy Main st, walk 7 mins to Oakridge Canada Line station, and take the train for 12 mins and be downtown in 20 mins or the airport. Or if you prefer to drive, 10 mins to downtown, convention centre, cruise terminals or the airport. Easy access to hospitals, beaches or shopping. Very central to everything.
The home is accessed through the back of the house, down 6 steps of stairs. There is a renovated kitchen , bar height dining table and living room with comfy couches and a tv. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make simple meals…. Although who is eating in with all of Vancouver’s great restaurants! There is ample of counterspace, fridge, stove and microwave.
The space offers cable tv and wireless internet. There are also board games and books if you prefer to keep the tv off. The suite is equipped with a washer and dryer. We also have a pack and play if you are travelling with a small child. Ample Free parking out front.
Guests should be aware that a very friendly golden doodle lives on the property and will likely be seen during your stay.
Please be aware that our policy requires guests to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the suite clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is that the suite is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the suite rules.

Convenient location for airport and downtown
I can highly recommend this property as a convenient base for visiting Vancouver. Less than 10 mins walk to the Oakridge Skytrain which takes you straight to the waterfront (1 zone so inexpensive). Airport is 2 zones in the opposite direction and we easily managed to walk to the accommodation with our luggage. Queen Elizabeth Park is lovely and literally a minute walk. We watched a baseball match the evening we arrived, less than 10 mins walk to the stadium too.
This is a basement suite at the landlady’s house which is in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, it was a bit bare and could have been improved with a few bedside lamps, mirrors or pictures on the walls, and the glasses/crockery were a bit of an eclectic selection. Cleanliness was very satisfactory. Joyce was friendly and easy to deal with. Overall I would have no hesitation to stay here again and was pleased with our choice.

Quiet and centrally located in Vancouver.
The house is easy to get to, just off main vehicle access and close to a large park and shopping center. The house is in a very refined and quiet neighborhood and the accommodation is well planned and provides everything you would need for a great visit to Vancouver. The hosts are very accommodating.

Very easy check in and check out to a clean condo
The owner Joyce was very easy to work with, check in could not have been eaiser, and our condo was ready and waiting for us by 9 am the day of our arrival. An easy walk to the subway, Starbucks and grocery store. My only minor suggestion would be to place a few lamps around the unit... It is nice to read in bed by lamplight.
The place is nice and clean with separate entry. W kitchen laundry. About 10min fromthe Oakridge train station. Nice walking neighborhood, quite close to Elizabeth park and its rose garden. Very nice
