Noelli, the front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and wonderful. All of the staff were great! Pros: location, location, location! Super awesome setting. Staff were all amazing. Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great experience. Would recommend it!
