I recently stayed at Sunscape Resort Cancun, and it was such a refreshing getaway! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm smiles and great hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere instantly set the tone for relaxation. The beachfront views are breathtaking, and the resort does a great job keeping the grounds clean and vibrant. I really enjoyed the variety of restaurants on-site every meal was flavorful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The cocktails by the pool were a highlight, and the entertainment team kept things lively with activities throughout the day. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, informative, humble and welcoming. Orlando at the front desk was very helpful in terms of giving us all the details on the property, all the of the activities, live entertainment, the food and he was very accomadating. I would highly recommend my family and friends to come here because I would love for them to have an amazing experience as my partner and I had.

The property and resort was only 20mins away. The room was very clean and had no issue with bugs or anything. We did have money stolen out of my husbands wallet out of our room which ruined our anniversary day and made us feel unsafe and unable to trust the staff. Very unfortunate situation.

The staff absolutely makes property what it is. Dated yes, but everything worked in our room AC was a little loud but it worked. Can’t say it enough, the staff the staff the staff excellent.

The hotel is undisputable the most family friendly hotel in the area. They have lots of activities for the kids and they can stay under supervision of the staff in certain areas while the parents enjoy elsewhere. Spa and other payed activities are totally worth it and non-expensive. Staff is always smiling and thanking you for your stay. The room was decorated for my wife's birthday. I saw lot of rooms with decorations for different other special occasions as well. Parking was a bit small, so probably on high demand seasons it might be difficult to have a parking spot. The location of the hotel is incredible, it has outlet malls near by, and even the Coco Bongo disco is 15min away by walk. This is going to be my next option when I return to Cancun

Sunscape Cancun was excellent! Highlights would be that the beachfront is gorgeous, the restaurants were had very tasty food, and their 24/7 cafe. Staff were also very helpful, and the pool was lovely. Main buffet dining area was fine, better than other experiences I've had, but nothing exceptional. Admittedly the nightly entertainment was lacking.

All the ares were spotless and clean with staff constantly cleaning. And everyone was super helpfull, polite and really wonderful. A lot of entertainment, the pools were all great, and a wonderful selection of restaurants, all with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend it to people and like to go back again.
