I can’t wait to go back to Sunscape! The staff is incredible!! So kind and helpful. They made sure you’re aware of everything on site, restaurants, activities within the resort and outside of it. Housekeeping is fantastic! Everyone made sure you felt comfortable and amazing hospitality; I can’t stress enough how great all staff members are. I’m already looking at when I can go back!! Also, food options are wonderful!! Buffet and menu items! Love love love Sunscape!! Only 15 mins from airport, too!!

The hotel it self is nice if you are looking for a family friendly place. We found it very boring because there was only one pool, no hot tubs unless you pay for the spa and limited events for adults. Personally we will not be coming back but if we had kids maybe. I also wish you could take your food to your room :/

This hotel was amazing! The staff was really good, the restraints were really good too. One thing I always feel my hotel is missing is tacos, and this resort had a taco bar everyday which was really good. Amazing place with an amazing beach!

The food was surprisingly very good. So many good options on the property. I never had to go outside for dinner lunch or breakfasts. The staff never harassed me for anything, super friendly. I loved the room setup for the junior suite. I absolutely loved the tacos for lunch everyday. I always had 5 or more everyday! Drinks were amazing. The staff and the food was amazing but there was too much pressure to sell time shares and other options at the restaurants.... i did not like that at all.

This trip was amazing! They made me feel special not juat a random guest even though i am just an average one haha! Its beaitiful of you want to stay on site, great for all ages!!! Ir they will help you find amazing outings. For the great.price i was PLEASENTLY surprised onn how happy i was there!

Rental car tried to force me to purchase the mandatory Government insurance policy for an additional $250 US dollars.

The swimup was cool experience but what i did not like is the neighbors come in front of our room swimup and make disturbing noise can’t even get rest after excursions also roach in lobby i need a half reimbursement on stay it was terrible food was horrible not even room temperature like terrible me n my fiancé will not stay here again and be sure to tell friends
