The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had incredibly polite staff. The cleaning service was phenomenally thorough and even did our dishes which my friend and I had left in the sink to do ourselves later. The room was surprisingly well insulated and we heard very little outside noise. Ueno station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get to anywhere else you might want to go. There are also plenty of nearby convenience stores for groceries, quick meals or snacks, and withdrawing currency. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to visit Tokyo but stay in a quieter location.

Wonderful stay in this hotel chain. Very clean and spacious with lots of space to open our 3 big luggages. I chose to stay here for the amenities provided and near to Ueno JR station.

Nice place! 12 min walk from Ueno station. You can even borrow Nintendo switch for free as well as other games. They provide laundry detergent and lots of other amenities for free. Slight downside is you have to type a code every time you want to use elevator/open door and there's no key card.
