Everything at this Hotel is amazing. So close to everything such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable and easy access to Uber and Taxi. Even though the Hotel is situated in a busy area, it was not noisy at all. We were still able to get undisturbed sleep. The place is very clean and breakfast buffet is amazing. We had dinner at our last night stay and food was excellent too. We definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and again.

Hotel was good and location fantastic. I did not like having to use two elevators to get to my room, concierge was on 12th floor so likely would not return because of this Restaurant and bar on 11th floor was amazing, great views of city. Staff very helpful.

Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was a great size, it was clean and had all the essentials plus more. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and a la carte items were delicious. We will be staying here again next time in Tokyo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. 6 stars

I love a clean hotel, and this was it! Amazing room, amazing breakfast, and amazing service! Hotel is located in a very busy area but for our first time in Tokyo, it’s just what we wanted. Would stay again!

Great stay for a week!

Wonderful stay, staff friendly, rooms clean and pitch black, beds are comfortable and great location! We stayed a week and it was perfect.

It will be difficult to find something wrong with this property. Perfectly located. I am really particular on cleanliness with hotels. This hotel was super clean and the staff there so friendly. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in our room. Everything was super clean. Bathrooms and toilet area was super clean. I loved everything about the hotel. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be in the shibuya area where everything in that area is in walking distance from the hotel.
