It was very clean and usually quiet except the men who used shoes to walk out the capsules to the exit door. It says “no shoes” before you enter but they used their shoes when they were leaving the capsule room. The sound was loud and annoying.

The pods are clean, and serve their purpose. Not all pods have a TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a weird smell that emanates from the pod area. Just a heads up, it has communal showers and basically public washrooms. The lounge area is great, with alot of amenities. The only thing I was not impressed with was that I had locked in with hotels.com at 137 per night, and the hotel charged me close to double that citing it was a Saturday ( just that night). For that reason alone I won't be returning. many amenities available.

The receptionists were very friendly and attentive. They have amazing amenities such as free meals, up to 5 free alcoholic drinks, massage chairs, mangas, etc. the place is very clean and from my experience, all the other guests were not loud at all.
