IM SO SO SORRY I made a mistake! My name is Nikea Lui and I accidentally gave a bad review to this hotel, by accident and was supposed to be for the Willoughby Hotel as to which I left due to how dirty the hotel was and a one star rating is what I gave. I was a little stressed and tired from driving from Victoria so I chose to stay at the twin Tower hotel a very last minute booking. Steve, an absolutely AMAZING host heard about my complaints with Willoughby Hotel and empathised with me, I booked a single Queen room for my son and I to share. Steve upgraded me to a double Queen ennusited room out of courtesy and I couldn’t have been more grateful, as we arrived after 6pm Steve even extended the pool hours for my Son even though it closed at 7pm my son could swim till almost 9pm, thank you Steve and your staff I will be back to stay and I highly recommend Twin Towers for not only their professionalism but overall experience I even gave Steve a hug haha I was so amazed given a stressful experience at Willoughby Hotel. Thank you again for going above and beyond Steve, my son Blaze and Nikea

Rating: ★★★☆☆ We booked a room with two separate beds through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were told that such an option didn’t actually exist at the hotel. Instead, we were given a room with one shared bed, as it was the only available option in our price range. Also, keep in mind that the shower and toilet are shared and located in the hallway, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Pros: ✔ Very comfortable mattress—we slept really well. ✔ Excellent on-site restaurant: you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner without needing to go elsewhere. ✔ Friendly staff, though you might have to wait a bit before someone shows up at the front desk. Cons: ✖ Misleading booking information—double-check before reserving. ✖ Shared facilities on the floor. Overall, if you’re okay with these minor inconveniences, it’s a decent budget-friendly option with great food and a comfortable bed.
