Booked 3 rooms, got upgraded to a 1 - 3 bedroom apartment, turned up, 2 rooms had been cancelled and was left with 1 room to fit 6 people ! Did get moved to a 2 bedroom apartment but still not fun fitting 6 people in

A good space -with laundry and cooking facilities, bed was a little short. Key issue was that even though we were away from the road and in quieter rooms the noise from the road made sleep very difficult. Not good when travelling for work.. Needs soundproofing.

Rooms were not too bad but they do need some maintenance done to them. Comfy beds. They do need an elevator though if you are on the top floor.. Also wasn’t told about the security gate at night and as we were given 1 key only and several of our party were at a concert which finished quite late I was told by reception that I had to walk down from the top floor and open the gate myself with our one room key. This was quite annoying at nearly midnight and in pyjamas. Not sure I would stay here again. Especially as we had a 1 year old with us and it wasn’t good with the stairs at all.

Unit was great. The noise from the road was terrible, probably cant do much about that though. Our towels where taken on Saturday morning and not replaced. When I got them from the office one of the new towels was still dirty.

Price was good, but the room smells and was meant to be a queen size bed and is only a double. Very disappointed, as not what I booked.

The staff were pleasant upon checking in. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern. It was on a main road so the road noise was quite loud, even throughout the night. The apartment I had was 2 storey, with the living area at the top and bedroom at the bottom. The air conditioner was on the top level, and being a winter's night it was quite cold, but unfortunately I was not able to warm the bedroom area. There was a spare blanket in the cupboard but it looked quite old and dirty. I also found the apartment had a smell, like someone had smoked in there although it was a non-smoking unit. The lounge was also dirty with stains on it.

Too noisy and upstairs gets cold no extra heating. air conditioning didn’t seem to work well. An extra upstairs in bedroom would be better than downstairs.

The upgraded bathrooms were lovely. The cleanlines of the other rooms, particularly the floors under the bed looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while causing me to suffer from hayfeaver symptoms I haven't had in a ling time. But sadly, it was communications with the CEO that led to an extremely disappointing stay.
