Room was dated. Bed and shower were good. Couch was broken, could NOT sit on it. Told staff and they said oh sorry. That was it & yet i had to pay a $200 deposit for breakages.. go figure.

Room smelt of either mould or smoke was not given what I expected loft one bedroom apartment, given three bedrooms instead was told do not enter these rooms or you will be charged a fine. Beds were so old and uncomfortable definitely needs a full upgrade before I will ever stay again not worth any money for the stay and the cupboard in kitchen had other peoples left over food in the cupboard. Lamps don’t work no aircon in bedroom only a fan with dust all in it poor poor poor

Decent sized apartments - good location . However.. I left my phone in one the apartments and than changed to another room. I had not been anywhere, so it’s impossible it was lost elsewhere. The cleaners allegedly couldn’t find it and when I asked if perhaps they’d picked it up by accident and forgotten to return it I was told by one of the male receptionists that “that is just over thinking. It is not possible that any of the cleaners did the at and I went and checked the apartment and couldn’t find it” it was strange I was not offered to go look myself tbh. Basically my phone was never returned and the staff didn’t give a crap/covered each others backsides.

The staff were very unhelpful and honestly it was just a disappointing experience and we will never stay there again. I asked a full week in advance to be able to check in an hour early cause we had an event and they said shouldn’t be an issue call on the day. I did that and again they said they might be able to help, when we got there they wanted to charge us $200 extra to check in an hour early. It’s just not a good vibe there. The room also had a bug infestation in the bathroom

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious & very clean. Was only a one night stay for us, but the apartment appeared to have everything you would need for a longer stay. Beds were comfy, not much traffic noise at all despite being on a main road. Lots of car parks. Would definitely stay here again.
