Shibuya hotels & accommodation with pools

Honestly a disappointment from pretty much every angle. Staff weren't rude but they just weren't interested, very distant, which felt really off after everywhere else we stayed in Japan. We'd had our 3 big suitcases forwarded to the hotel using a luggage transport service. The hotel received them fine, but instead of sending them up to our room before we arrived, they just handed them to us at reception. Add that to our 2 hand carries and 2 backpacks and we were left to drag the whole lot up to the 9th floor ourselves, with no one offering to help. The Nohga Hotel in Kyoto had delivered our cases straight to our room without us even asking, so the difference was night and day. On top of that, they insisted on taking my credit card details at check-in, which no other hotel on the trip did. When I said I'd rather not give them, they basically told me we couldn't check in without it. No explanation, no apology, nothing. The room itself felt like an old hospital ward. It's listed as luxury on Expedia. It really isn't. Mediocre at best and not somewhere I'd go back to.

Hotel perfectly located near shibuya crossing! Tons of parking nearby and amazing staff!

Airport Limousine pickup at hotel which is a great plus. Hotel is near many stations entry/exit. Another great point: 2 washing machines available on 6 levels, status can be viewed on room tv. Room is clean, do note that they have compulsory room cleaning on day 3 for hygiene purposes.
