We loved how spacious the room was compared to other hotels we used during our visit. The room was very clean and had good in-room coffee options. The onsen in the basement was bliss, and a wonderful way to end the day!

Being across the street from the station was great,hotel facilities were ok but the buffet breakfast was not as good as expected. Automated check in was a bit of a hassle but to the hotel's staff credit they were quite helpful, still took a bit of time though. Overall, it was a good all around hotel.

Amazing location, right next to the train station. Quiet, very safe, room was clean and we had a great view of the city! Breakfast was really good too, so many options. The bath house was so nice, great amenities, separated by women and men. It was perfect after a long walking day! 10/10 would start again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this Apa hotel, our first experience with this chain: great room with a window we could open, a view of the neighbourhood, VERY comfortable mattress and comfy linens; the room size was most definitely as expected (small) yet efficiently designed, we truly enjoyed it. All of the staff at reception were wonderful, and helped us out sending our big suitcases to the airport ahead of time so that we wouldn’t have to deal with them through the subway system on departure day. We recommend everyone to use this excellent system which was worth every Yen we spent on it (¥5,500 for 2 large suitcases) from hotel lobby to airport terminal! And save the time checking online: ‘Airporter’ through Apa hotels offers the best and cheapest rates (we checked!). Finally the location of the hotel is a mere 2mn walk from the Oedo line and very walkable to many activities, a park, etc. The onsen is great to use as well, and while we did not use them, all of the laundry machines are a great asset too. We hope to visit them again, it was a very enjoyable stay, thank you Apa hotel and your lovely associates!

I had a great stay here. Great location for daily activities: the train station is across the street and that helps get around the city and transfer to other lines to get to Shibuya and other parts of the city. There's a park about a five-minute walk from the hotel. Easy access to food with several restaurants and Family Marts and a 7-11 nearby. Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning is good so it's worth paying for it when booking. Even if you don't request cleaning, the room gets cleaned every several days. The bed was high, so there was storage for luggage underneath the bed.
