Beachfront Tommy Bahama Unit!

This beautiful Gulf-front complex has everything you and your family need for the perfect vacation destination. We have implemented additional cleaning and sanitizing due to COVID 19 to keep our guests safe. Please do the same with social distancing while on the property.
Blue Lupine Inn at Blue Mountain Beach is centrally located just one block south of Scenic Highway 30A approximately 20 minutes east of Destin and 20 minutes west of Panama City Beach.

Blue Lupine Inn, previously known as The Blue Lupine Mountain Inn, is a very quiet 48 unit complex nestled between two non-rental subdivisions. Blue Mountain is just a few minutes drive east to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach. We are also located close to Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and the new Pier Park shopping and dining complex in Panama City Beach. This offers a grand variety of shopping, dining, and recreation to choose from for everyone in the family.
The interior of the building has been completely renovated in 2019 with updated decor, new elevators and updated flooring throughout.

Our 4th floor (#423), three-bedroom, the three-bath condo has a great tropical feel 'Tommy Bahama' style and is beautifully decorated for your comfort. The rental fee includes, for the first time, a 2 chair & 1 umbrella/table beach setup. Additional beach setups may be rented directly on the beach. Also, for the first time, Guests may be able to hire a bonfire set up right at the beach.
The unit boasts 1650 square feet of living area in addition to a 400 square foot balcony with great Gulf views. This is the perfect floor plan with a large living, dining, and kitchen area for entertaining the entire group, and still offers privacy to the bedroom areas with a split bedroom design. The master suite has a private balcony, jacuzzi bath with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the unit with the queen bedroom having sliding door access to the main balcony with views and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and hall bathroom access. All bedrooms and living room have TV/DVD players and ceiling fans. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy dining, relaxing with a good book, or experiencing the breathtaking sunsets.

The building of Blue Lupine offers many amenities including elevators located at each end of the complex for easy access from the main glass-enclosed lobby, and the gated garage area, high-speed wireless internet service available throughout the building, a fully equipped exercise gym located on the 3rd floor, and a large Gulf front heated community pool and hot tub are situated on the bluff overlooking the beaches. Also, there are 2 community gas grills available to owners and guests located just outside of the glass-enclosed lobby. Each condo entrance accesses the individual condos from the interior 50' atrium which is tropically landscaped and decorated. There is on-site security during the high traffic season, and on-site maintenance is available for emergencies throughout the year from Tuesday through Saturday with hours being 7 AM to 3 PM. Also, there are additional beach chairs and umbrella setups available at the beach for rent during the season.

Most of all, take time to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the area. Scenic Highway 30A parallels 18 miles of paved bike path that encourages you and your family to explore the many unique beach communities along the way. Bring your own bikes or take advantage of the bike rental shops in the area. The Beaches of South Walton have beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and rare coastal dune lakes which have made us the desirable vacation paradise we are famous for today.

Great Unit, Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. They thought of everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, between individual homes so the beach is not super crowded (as can be seen just a little bit east on the beach)! The pool, the common areas, the storage area with all the extras (floats, chairs, toys, boards, umbrellas) were all top notch and well cared for! The unit itself was so clean and sooo comfortable. The Blue Mountain Beach area might have just earned visitors for life! We just loved our whole experience!

We’ve stayed all over the gulf and this unit stands out as our favorite. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The unit has a bathroom for each bedroom. The building has an on-site gym and 24 hour security. The location is very convenient to our favorite restaurants. The host is very responsive and easy to work with.

We spent a great family vacation/July 4th celebration at this condo. It more than accommodated our family of 4 adults and 2 children. There was a small issue with our building access code when we arrived but was resolved within 10 minutes. Communication with the owner was excellent. The condo had everything we needed needed and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a definite plus. The condo and property very clean and had great security. We hope to return next year.

The location is incredible.

From booking to stay everything was easy. The location is fabulous. The condo is very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated. Well built that you don’t hear all the noise from the hallways. The kitchen has good stock and actually has many spices and seasonings available.

Incredible host - incredible place - incredible location!

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Blue Lupine Beach. Our host was the most organized, responsive, and helpful person we've ever worked with through VRBO. The accommodations were perfect for my wife and I, our daughter and son-in-law and our son. Everything was in good working order, clean and comfortable. We wanted for nothing as far as kitchen necessities. And the location on 30A is perfect because it is nestled between two home communities so it is was not overcrowded on the beach. Love this place. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Great location!

First time staying in BlueMountain Beach and it won’t be the last! This property had everything two families would need. The location from the room to the beach was so close we were able to go back-and-forth throughout the day. The owner responded properly to my questions and overall I can’t wait to come back!

Spacious, balconies, direct beach access

The unit is very spacious, with an easy stroll to the pool and the beach! The location on the beach was fantastic! Our section (of the beach) was not crowded; not any day and there was never more than 2 rows of chairs/umbrellas. The beach service guys were great, too! They were polite and welcoming. I also appreciated the kitchen having plenty of cookware, flatware, and both a single serve keurig and the option to make a full pot of coffee! I like staying in for breakfast, so this kitchen was a plus for me. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and I can’t thank the owner enough for sharing her home with us!

Family vacation

We love 30A, and this unit in this building is great for our stage of life. The pool can get a little busy, and with private property on either side of the beach access it can get a little crowded at times as well. But it's nothing like some beaches where people are 4-5 rows deep. And having a private access point from the building to the pool and straight out to the beach is great! No streets to cross and no long walks or golf carts required. We love being on the 4th floor with a peek of an ocean view. And we love being on the west side for shaded mornings on the balcony. Three bathrooms makes getting clean (ready for dinner) pretty quick. Overall the unit was clean, kitchen was stocked well enough, beds were comfortable enough, communication was easy, other families in the building were friendly, and our trip was a huge success!

Blue Beach Getaway

The location of this property in Blue Mountain Beach was away from the crowds allowing us to enjoy the beach yet close enough to restaurants, shopping and other popular spots. Although the views of the ocean from this unit directly have been obscured by the building of an upscale neighborhood, the property is oceanfront and convenient for going back and forth on beach days. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare all meals and spacious enough for 6. We enjoyed using the building's hot tub and the pool. Blue Mountain Beach is a beautiful are that we hope to visit again soon.

Great Condo wonderul area

We had a great stay of the week of July 4th. This house was wonderfully stocked and had all your needs for cooking.. Nicely enough they leave what others leftb behind as far as the small things, spices soaps, dish detergent, baggies, even some condiments. She has a coffee pot and a Keurig which was wonderful! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. the beach front is rather small and the company that rents the chairs and umbrellas take quite a lot of that space. so either rent for them or go a little early to claim a spot. The owner was easy to get in contact with when needed which was only once at check in. Truly appreciated the stocked Kitchen for cooking and the house was comfortable and easy to use. TV, cable, lights etc.. Also plenty of instructions on what would be needed. We had a great stay!!

Spacious condo in a quiet location

This was my first time in this area of Florida and I found it to be charming and the water to be the clearest I have ever seen in the USA. The condo was spacious and fit our group of 6 perfectly. Nice view of the water from the 4th-floor patio. We loved having direct access to the beach, the pool was small but very clean. Seaside is just a short ride for an afternoon Bushwacker and dinner. Anneliese was easy to work with and very responsive to questions.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay and would return! The condo was lovely and had everything needed, including a Keurig. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. Even though this condo unit is not right on the beach, we could hear the waves and see some of the ocean. We were pleased that chairs & umbrellas could easily be rented and reserved for each day. The only downsides were poor phone coverage in & around the building, as well as a crowded beach. The condo complex is located directly next to a neighborhood of large homes; 15 or so are beachfront. The beach in front of those homes is marked private and was practically empty. Meanwhile, chairs were packed at least three rows deep in front of our condo complex. While we understand beaches can be designated as private by Florida law, it seemed silly that so much nearby beach was unused while we were crammed into a much smaller area.
