The hotel meets a three-star standard. The transportation is very convenient, the staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent — most places are within walking distance. If you plan to stay for a few days (2–3 days), I think it’s a very good option for a three-star hotel and offers good value for the price.

Older hotel but totally clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was waffles, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, etc. The noise from other rooms (especially upstairs) was a little more than I prefer, but overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. The area around is fine during the day, though not the most comfortable to walk around at night.

The place is fine if all you want is a place to sleep and get ready. I heard everything going on outside from inside my room but it did not bother me because SF is a vibrant city so I expected it. The breakfast is nothing special but it’s free and there were a few choices of things to eat. The location is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful! They make the place pleasant.

Staff were awesome and the room was spacious and well kept. The prices were the most reasonable in San Fran and it appeared to be a safe area for travelers. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the number of Windows made it easy to control the temperature. The property itself could use a renovation, including new bedding and pillows. Overall not a bad one night stay.
