The gentleman that checked us in was great. The person on the video screen was not helpful at all. We just ignored him, and worked with the actual human being. The room was sufficient for our needs. The location was very good. The price was very reasonable.

We actually enjoyed the virtual check in people. They always waved and said hi on our way in and out. We got a laugh out of it. Loved the rooftop, we took over the space up there every night and every morning. The view is beautiful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Get there as early as possible for free parking. Just don’t take a big ass truck like we did cuz the space is tight in the upstairs and downstairs lots. Only place we will stay in SF!!!!

Aweful checkin, took forever. Parking was less than ideal with a wheelchair. Room was very old and musty. Fixtures and doors were not maintained well. Bathroom was clean. Only used for the restroom one time.

We didnt realy spend much time at the hotel, we would sleep there and then leave in the morning get breakfast and spend the rest of the day out in the city BUT the room was very clean, close to everything in the city, the staff did great job at keeping everything clean. great !

Upon early arrival we went to see if an early check in was available and discovered that a virtual agent is now being used. Speaking to someone on a monitor lessened the impression. We were not able to check in early so when we arrived later someone else was present and assisted us in person while another person was at the monitor being checked in by the virtual agent. I felt bad because he was still trying to navigate the process after my check in was complete. It is just more difficult when you are not in person with someone. The room and stay were sufficient, but some aspects could use some updating in the room such as the mirror above the sinks peeling frame. It is a very central location for our needs and convenient with parking.

The whole experience was amazing, from the very helpful & friendly staff, to the very clean, spacious rooms. The hotel is centrally located to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, & other areas of SF all of which are within walking distances. An added bonus is free parking at the hotel-:) I enjoyed my stay there, & had no issues at all. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in SF-:)

Very good hotel. Classic San Francisco layout. Don’t expect luxury. But the room was big enough, and SPOTLESS. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Housekeeping always pendant and very efficient. I arrived a little bit early and they checked me in with no problems at all. Great stay. Oh and parking included which it was a huge add on.

It was clean, staff was very kind. The video check in was different but all the same very quickly done. The room was good, not much around to walk but parking was free and the parking garage was very tight many orher guest were squeezing in with their vehicles. Overall I would stay here again.
