Beautiful resort. Enjoyed my stay. The only concern was the service received from front desk. I did talk to the hotel staff on expedia that its our honeymoon and unfortunately the welcome package for honeymoon wasnt noted or arranged until the third day of my stay later at evening after calling the front desk 2-3 times. I bought this matter to Sheila who was very kind but seemed like she wasnt bothered at all. Victor in the restaurant section was outstanding.

The place is beautiful and offers excellent services. The personnel is very professional and polite. However, restaurants food is average, and there is none existent beach because it is too rocky and not very pleasant.

We had rooms 1139,1141 & 1143. Those were perfect location to pool and dining for our group. The poolside games and activities were great to watch and or participate in. Night time performances did not disappoint! Zander and the pool side crew were awesome and attentive. This was our 4th time there and the 1st time for our friends. Would go back in a heart beat!

The property and room was clean. For an all inclusive resort, the food was very good. The staff was professional and extremely nice. The manager Ana provided exceptional service. The location was within walking distance to 5th avenue. The only downfall was the beach. It had a lot of rocks and seaweed. We walked further down the beach to access the beach to avoid the rocks. I will definitely return to this location.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. Good food. Cute coffee shop. Excellent location for shopping. My only complaint would be the pillows were to soft…although the beds were amazing. Again…staff was superb!

Jacuzzi tub was dirty. Once jets were turned on a brown black substance came out of the jets. Sheets had red hair on them that was not ours. Food was under prepared many times. Room was placed in the back by washer machines. So it was loud at night. Upon leaving bellman stated they called our name for our transportation. He stated he called it while helping another family. The bellman stated to me “remember the ladies with the scooters, I called your name when I was helping them”. We missed our transportation back to the airport because the bellman claimed he called our name while he was helping the ladies “with the scooters” and the Hilton hotel and the transportation company stated they could not help us. I was sitting at the entrance of the lobby for 45 mins watching the bellmen go in and out hearing them call peoples names searching through the lobby. And not once did I hear my name be called nor anyone walk my way. The worst part about it is the bellman sat us at the front and took our bags but not once came our way. The excuse was “well there are a lot of people”. Conveniently the could help us call a taxi, which came right away. I will not recommend this property to anyone. I believe at this point that we were scammed so we would have to pay for a taxi. Or assumed we knew the “ladies with the scooters”cause we were all black. Terrible customer service in terms of helping remedy a problem.

The resort and room were Beautiful. Did not feel like an Adult only resort. It only seemed like an Adult only resort because there was no children. I say this because the resort was closed by 11pm. There was no bars open or any lounges/clubs on the resort. You have to go off the resort, but luckily it was only a 5 minute walk to 5th street with stores, restaurants and lounges. Some restaurants were better than others. Overall service was great and staff were friendly.
