Very nice place, our stay was phenomenal. We have stayed in many similar places but this one is by far the best, my research and evaluations have paid off. Every staff member was friendly, professional and ensured we are well taken care of. Beach did not have seaweed except one morning (it is seaweed season in this area) but the hotel ensures the sand gets cleaned daily.
This is a jungle style paradise, you’d see plenty of wildlife and we have witnessed turtles laying eggs at the hotel beach among other animals that stay away from humans.
Pool water is warm, but the entertainment was excellent. Sairee and her team at the entertainment/activities are spectacular 6/5 ⭐️. Men have to wear pants, closed shoes, and a collar shirt in order to enjoy the themed restaurants; this keeps the environment classy yet fun.
Japanese and French restaurants are amazing, the Italian being our least favorite.
Happiness is guaranteed in this resort. Definitely coming back.
Most guests we have spoken with have returned 4-5 times and counting, it says something.
I would stay away from the transportation Expedia has as an option. They are not accommodating and careless, we found they are pricier than a taxi fare
