I really liked the location and the ease of check-in and check out. One thing I didn’t like about the specific room I was booked in was a ground floor and the pipes in the ceiling were exposed so you could hear the water moving about. So the room was Noisy from time to time .

The suite is very well appointed and provisioned. The neighborhood is lovely. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Only issue was my call to the help desk about my digital key was never returned, though the key worked eventually. I’ll come back to stay again for sure next time in Vancouver.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room is very nice, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was very responsive. A few major disappointments: 1) The shower has really low water pressure. 2) Lots of pet hair on the couch and floor that ended up sticking to our clothing. 3) The air vents are really noisy, making it hard to sleep or talk on the phone. Also, be forewarned that you're required to upload a digital scan of your ID (e.g. driver's license or passport) on their portal prior to your check-in date. It's unclear how they will protect this information.
