Good location on Queen Street
Close to ferry terminal and easy transportation to the airport. Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. Awesome breakfast menu and buffet a+ very comfortable bed maade the most of that ;) ;) the sleepyhead review of their bed that they kindly put next to the bed we slept on really made it so much more enjoyable
This was our third stay and once again we were not disappointed. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and at times professional.
The room was as described on the web site and was clean on arrival and kept that way by the housekeeping staff.
The bar service was excellent as was the restaurant even when under pressure with large tour groups.
Great Location in Auckland CBD at a reasonable rate. Only good if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. Room very compact and no space to do much else. With no air con and windows open, it was a bit noisy at night (traffic, people etc).
the Saturday night constant music from neighbouring nightclub/bar couldn't be avoided but hey if you are tired then you go to sleep (with music!!) Was staying for one night after being on Waiheke Island so was very handy to ferries terminal and then to the airport express bus
I used a 1bedroom unit. Space was adequate, not exceptional. All facilities were good. Old Hotel (obviously 'Heritage')...but very nice. Efficient staff. Very short walk to Queen St, and central Auckland. Good value generally.
