I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Arctic Club. While the staff was considerate and professional, several aspects of the experience made me uncomfortable enough that I ultimately decided to leave after the first night. The location felt somewhat unsafe, especially in the evening, which made it difficult to relax. In addition, I booked a balcony room without realizing that all top-floor rooms share one continuous balcony. This isn’t clearly mentioned, and it meant that other guests could see directly into my room and vice versa, which felt like a major privacy issue. The room itself was also very dark, even during the day, which added to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Because of these factors, I chose to check out early. That said, I want to acknowledge that the hotel staff handled the situation with understanding and courtesy, which I appreciated. With better transparency about room layouts and some improvements to lighting and security, this could be a much better experience.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Centrally located in downtown a few blocks from Pioneer Square and the Public Market. I had dinner my last night, the seared tuna and it was very good. The snacks at the front desk are a little overpriced. I will definitely be back.

We had to wait a long time to check in and we were told they will text us when our room was ready. NO message came through as the desk clerks changed and information was NOT shared. We could of waited until Doomsday for them. We went to them and they said "Oh your suite is ready".

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is well maintained and the food was surprising good, both at the bar and the complementary breakfast. Must ask to see the Northern Lights Dome Room. Excellent venue. Easy walk to restaurants, Occidental Square, the Water Front, Luman Field, and T-Mobile Park. On our list for future trips.
