Pros: Room was clean, beds comfy, great location. Close to the beach, great restaurants and grocery store. View was amazing on the rooftop patio. Pool clean and modern. It was refreshing if you are ok with cold. Lots of seating and chairs on rooftop as well to sun. They provide drinking water, coffee and beach towels. Cons: It was extremely loud in the room from 10pm until midnight/1am from the bar across the street. If you are a night owl or like live music, the band is great but if you have small kids it's hard for them to sleep through. There was also a strong smell of sewer gas from the bathroom as well. Overall, it did the trick and we would return for a night or two but next time with ear plugs.

Quiet clean comfortable bed, big screen tv with all channels Netflix, very convenient, close to everything, playa centre, beaches, shopping you name it. Nice rooftop restaurant, pool, sports bar on ground floor. Definitely recommend

A lovely boutique hotel in Puerto Morales! The modern room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. I found the staff to be attentive and see,I g to make my stay memorable.

We stayed in the penthouse room on 4th floor, which was really spacious and had a very large deck. Excellent location, near restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. Good coffee and potable water to fill water bottle in the lobby, though no breakfast. The rooftop pool was nice as well. Loud live music from about 9:00-11:00 nearby each night was a bit annoying but otherwise a nice stay and a great value.

love your pool and the view from it. rooms are kind of small and the hotel needs a gym . and a bigger entrance sign to the hotel , it is easy to pass it. i will also add cable tv.

Immaculately clean little hotel in the heart of Puerto Morelos. The King Suite with spacious private terrace and outdoor bathtub was well worth the upgrade! Yes, you can hear the music from the nearby bar at night but we quite enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and taking in the vibes. The music was finished by 11:00 pm so it didn’t interfere with our sleep. I absolutely loved that the location was very walkable, just a five minute walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants nearby, including The Portside Restaurant on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed two delicious meals there while viewing the spectacular sunset. We will most definitely return to this beautiful little hotel.
