It was not disclosed during reservation that this property is the student dormitory of Algonquin College during the school year. The address as indicated on the advertisement is not the location of the property. If possible, please install a tv in the unit.

We have stayed at this property before and been very satisfied. This time there were no TV's in the rooms. We work overnight so sleep daytime. Previously there have not been any issues. This time they were testing the fire alarm 10am -2pm. We will return but will call ahead to see if there are any planned alarm testing. It is very affordable accomodation.

It's a dorm room. My only problem is the 100 dollars for the room - lights didn't work, the plug outlets were loose, the microwave was hard to open...it was difficult to get the wifi going , the shower was not good ( like the head was ridiculous with water flow, and it just wasn't warm enough with the blankets. But its a dorm and I brought my son to show him what it would be like when he gets to college in the fall... Ya... I'm not sure what the best answer how much do you pay for a dorm as an alternative to a hotel room? or better yet.. am I ok with my son being in this place .. I thought it was a newer place but the repairs are not as good.

We were the last room on the main floor…a lot of walking to and from the front desk and room and parking lot. Other than that…everything was good!

Third grade property. Out of three elevators, none of them working. AC was so slow. We were sweating in night and couldn't sleep. For $162 per night, you don't expect it. Most garbage property.
