General areas - lobby, elevators, etc. were a bit dirty and seemed run down. Room itself was fine. Staff was friendly. We were supposed to get an upgraded room with a roman tub and we did not get that.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel interior is tired and needs an update. The gym is adequate. The parking on site is difficult to access and valet parking would be sensible but it was not an option.

I was happy with my stay here. Location is great, service is amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was really good too. It’s a little dated but I was very satisfied with the value of this hotel.
