The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel interior is tired and needs an update. The gym is adequate. The parking on site is difficult to access and valet parking would be sensible but it was not an option.

I was happy with my stay here. Location is great, service is amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was really good too. It’s a little dated but I was very satisfied with the value of this hotel.

It’s a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. But… if you’re a noise sensitive sleeper, make sure an A/C unit in your room isn’t too noisy (ours was just terrible).

The staff were so friendly and helpful. A clean room although the sink plug did not hold the water! Construction and drilling around the hotel started early (7am) which was not great, but not the hotels fault.

The light in the bathroom started flashing and couldn’t be fixed so we had to change rooms that evening - two single instead of a double. The bathroom light in one of these rooms also started flashing. We were able to move back into a double room the following night. The hotel location is good but a lot of noisy renovations being done on surrounding buildings. The hotel’s front door wasn’t operating properly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room quality and bathroom cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathroom had rusted towel holders, the floor and bathtub showed stains, and the towels did not appear clean. The hallways also gave more of a budget motel feel rather than a city-center hotel experience. Given the prime location, I expected higher standards of upkeep and maintenance. It seems the hotel may be relying on its central location to attract guests rather than ensuring the facilities meet the level of quality one would anticipate.
