They advertise a hot tub on their website and the hot tub is now closed. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. I had stayed there on two prior occasions and the hot tub was opened. When I got to the pool area the hot tub was no longer in use. The parking is horrible and traffic noise horrendous. Would not stay here again!

This was a great stay to walk around the market and parliment hill. Parking to check-in was nearly impossible. Paid parking was checked in was great.

The room had a closed up unpleasant smell of dirty socks and stale. It was finally cleared to acceptable by turning on fans and opening windows. the carpet had several old stains. The suite has not been updated in years. windows were dirty.

Second time staying here. Excellent front desk staff. EVERYONE of them. Large suites with completely outfitted kitchen. Great pool that opens early. Bus to Montreal is just around the corner. Easy walk to restaurants/pubs. Good internet. Tv in bedroom and living room. We enjoy the deck. Bed is hard. The chocolates and coffee/creamers a very nice touch. Room cleaned daily. Excellent stay!

We stay at Les Suites every year for the Ottawa International Animation Festival and we love it there! The kitchen in the room is a great, plus and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby (poutine and shawarma open late). Definitely recommend!
