Amazing! Travelled with 5 kids so the space was muchly needed !! Super clean. Easy check-in & out. Poopy though, pool was closed and it was the biggest reason I picked this hotel. Breakfast would have been nice for the price I paid. I also found parking per day a bit expensive as well. Overall solid 9.5/10!!! Will definitely stay again !! ❤️

Great place. Good housekeeping every day. Spacious upgraded unit. Only unfortunate thing was my room was on the 16th floor but it faced east and the truck noise was very loud from the street which made keeping the windows or balcony door impossible. I would ask for a west-facing room next time. Otherwise great spot.

Les Suites is probably my favourite place to stay when in Ottawa. The hotel (one, or two bedroom suites) is set up like an apartment. The suite has a small butt full kitchen. There is a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and even the supplies you need like plates, cutlery, cooking your tonsils, pots and pans. The suite even comes equipped with a laundry room. For those staying long-term, this is great! The bends are super comfortable. The suite has always been clean anytime I’ve been there. You have a full-size living room with a pullout couch and TV, as well as a table and chairs capable of sitting for people. My daughter and her friends quite like the pool at this hotel, as well as its gym. (It’s a safe hotel as you are required to swipe your room key card when getting on the elevator.) The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to ByWard Market. There are lots of shopping and dining experiences nearby. It really is a great set up. You feel at home in this hotel! And that is probably why it’s my top choice when visiting Ottawa.

We had a great stay! Marie on the front desk was very friendly, checked us in quite early and upgraded our room! THANKS , it was great!! We were travelling with two small children and the 2 bedroom modern unit was very spacious and safe for the kids to play . Very close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Location was perfect for us. The room itself wasn’t cleaned to the standard you would hope for a hotel (earplug left on floor in bedroom, quite dusty) but it didn’t hinder our stay as we were happy to have the extra space that you don’t normally get when renting hotel rooms. Also the pool was closed for maintenance which was poor timing on our behalf but you can walk a block down the road to the neighbouring hotel if you wanted to use the pool there. We didn’t, but it was nice to have the option. All in all it was a great stay and staff was super friendly and helpful. Will come back when looking to stay in downtown Ottawa !

While the room was very spacious, it stank of old cigarette smoke and the carpet looks very old and dirty.
