Amazing room (modern suite) with so much space and everything you could need, including a washer and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. Parking was a good idea given the area, there seems to be a drug user community camped around the area of the hotel. Overall great hotel, good location for downtown, would stay again

Property was ok. Suite had only one quite small bathroom. Only one wastebasket. Livingroom and kitchen quite plain. We chose it due to lower cost, so ok. BUT: bar across from hotel was VERY noisy till the wee hours: loud music. This is in an area where homeless people are sheltered, but I did not feel unsafe. A short walk to shopping, restaurants, Parliament Hill.

It was close to the Westin Hotel where I had a Seminar for two days, but a fair amount less expensive than staying at the Westin. Plus there was kitchen facilities in the room at Les Suites Hotel Ottawa. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was functional but so outdated, you wouldn't believe that rooms could be this way so close to our capital. The carpet is as dirty and stained as a parking lot. The room smelled musty and smokey. The furnace filter looked like it was growing hair. The customer service agent tried to give us a room less than we ordered. Informed us our room was down low and in the basement when it was on the sixth floor and tried to upsell us right away to a more expensive room. Best thing was the room was in close walking distance to the attractions.

this place is very quiet, clean and close to all the touristy stuff. the only issue i had was that i paid the deposit with my debit and ended up being charged twice, i recieved one payment back. when i checked out the hotel employee seemed like i was bothering him. I assumed that all was ok and left for my flight home. once i got home i recieved a call from the hotel that i had to be there in order to get my refund. he also said i had 2 options either give them my banking info for a wire or recieve a check. i opted not to give them my banking info and am currently waiting for a check in the mail.

However, room needs a lot of maintenance and clean. Carpet is so dirty and I see cobwebs around on the nightstand. It’s not nice during sleep but kept thinking about that dirty lamp

The hotel is very convenient, has good amenities and there is a lot within walking distance. However, some of the rooms are in need of refurbishment and those at the front of the hotel do get a lot of noise from the road/bar across the road

Location was perfect. Easy to walk to all tourist attractions & restaurants. Hotel is older and could be updated. Rooms are huge, like a one bedroom apartment. With washer & dryer. Pool was great after a day out. Gym looked good. Nice courtyard. Coffee shop in hotel had good coffee. Bar across the street is quite noisy. We would stay again.
