We actually checked in early atound 6:30am instead of 3pm. Front desk staff probably Ahmed was very helpful. Laundry facility was excellent. Swimming pool also very nice. The staff even made the bed for us for onenight stay.

Excellent stay right in the heart of Ottawa, near all the main attractions. Good gym and swimming pool and games room for the kids. Decor is a bit dated, but everything worked and was clean.

Great service, no truck parking

Only thing that wasn’t great was I had a hornets nest starting on the balcony and needed to contact the front office when I left for the day to remove it. They may have sprayed it but it was still there when I returned to my room. Also their parking doesn’t allow for trucks and that information was not communicated to me.
