the room and staff were all good what was terrible was that on a busy Thursday night, we could not get any food whatsoever after midnight. out Party of 8 planned on gambling all night long, but since no food was available anywhere on site (not even a cold sandwich), we stopped playing at 2am and left the hotel to get a burger off site elsewhere.

We checked in and were given our room cards. Went up to the room and the door key didnt work. The housekeeper contacted the front desk and a member of management came up and told us we were put in the wrong room. Instead of the 5th floor we were supposed to be on the 8th floor. My recent stay at Caesars Windsor was just okay. The service throughout the visit was also just okay, polite but not at the level of attentiveness and consistency I typically expect from a venue of this caliber. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing really stood out either. Overall, it fell short of the usual standard I’ve come to associate with Caesars-branded properties.

Low rating because of our experience at night trying to sleep. I’m not sure if this happens often but the entire overhead system was beeping so loud and high pitched and constant for a long time. I thought it could be due to smoke but everything eventually was deemed ok. But it happened TWICE. Hours apart. Not appreciated. Also, I’m not sure why it is so expensive compared to other hotels… what more does it offer other than its close to the casino?
