The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for our 1 night stay. Our room was not as clean as i would expect, for example we could draw on the dust on the tv stand, the bathrooms needed some updating and the floor was definitely mopped with a dirty mop. For 1 night and the price, it was liveable, but longer stay I would of called down to change rooms.

Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Dusty and cobwebs on floor in corners. Numerous surfaces hadn't been wiped clean. Bed and pillow were comfy. My room did not get cleaned on the weekend and this was not made clear that I had to ask so after a long tiring day I came home to an uncleaned or tidied room.

The rooms were nice and staff were great. I got these rooms for my 30 year old son and his wife and their friends to celebrate his 30th birthday. I wanted to do something special for him since he battled cancer and we didn’t think he would see his 30th. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken so it was a huge expensive disappointment.

The hotel and room were extremely unclean, and falling apart, I had my baby with me and did not feel comfortable letting her touch anything or be on the floor. There weren’t batteries in the tv remotes. There were children running and screaming up and down the hallways until after 2am. Terrible experience, I did not stay for the second night I booked.
