The hotel is good and the staff was very friendly at the hotel. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport we’re not the most friendly, patient or helpful.

The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant there had to have one of the best breakfast going, very good and excellent choices. Front staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issues we had was the driver of the shutter was driving extremely dangerous and not friendly at all, and yes I know they have many to pick up but it was a bit extreme the driving to the point you had to hang on cause you would have fell on the floor. Otherwise the room was clean, and well stock.

24/7 shuttle bus service from/to Toronto Pearson airport, can easily get to the various tourist attractions in the city using public transportation from the airport, quiet, staff were very attentive, great swimming pool and gym, highly recommended

The staff were all very nice. The hotel is conveniently located in front of bus stops. The rooms need some serious renovations especially the restroom. The hotel gives off a vibe if comfort but the room bed and pillows are very flat and the restrooms don't have a ceiling exhaust fan.
